Lucy Bermingham began writing children’s books 10 years ago with a story that documented the antics of her 4 children, when they were quite young. The result was The Rascally Reality of Rosie B.
These days, her two young grandchildren, Amu and Liam provide the inspiration for the Tickety Boo book series.
The 3 Tickety Boo Books; The Ocean, The Zoo and Bugs are aimed at a younger audience while the Mythology book and with 2 more to follow are geared to ages 6-9.
Lucy earned her MA from City University London, Laban Centre and currently teaches at St John’s University in the Department of Art and Design. In addition, she is a Co-Professor in the Dance Department at Mount Holyoke College, where she received her BA.
She is married and resides with her husband, Tom in New York City and Tuxedo Park, New York

Karen Busch Holman, is a full time fine artist and children’s book illustrator living in Barrington, NH.
She lives with her husband, Jeff, her sons, Tyler and Todd, Buddy the dog, Patty the cat, and her horse herd of Hwin and Little Bear.
After her first children’s book in 2001, G is for Granite by Marie Harris, Karen found her calling. She has combined the years of experience as a fine artist, children’s book illustrator, graphic designer and interior architect into one package by creating Hwin and Little Bear Press LLC, a publishing company in Barrington, New Hampshire.
Lizzie Bullis does her art and photography when she isn’t working in the food community of Portland, Maine. She and her husband, Doug, love cooking with the beautiful ingredients produced in the state, and enjoy dining at the many fantastic establishments surrounding them. They explore the Maine outdoors with their dogs, Wallace Tucci and Boy George, while their cat, Dexter Squad, keeps the mice in check.
